***DISCLAIMER: We are NOT veterinarians and CAN NOT practice veterinary medicine. We WILL NOT offer medical advice or deviate from your Veterinarians directions for medical care for your pets.

MEDICAL VISITS differs from standard Best Buddy and other visits in that we are not there to do anything other than provide a medically based service for your pets.  

Medically based services might consist of, but are not limited to the administration of:

Insulin Injections

SubQ Injections (for antibiotics, pain meds, allergy meds, etc...)

Intramuscular Injections

Subcutaneous Fluids

Bandage Changes

Bowel & Urine Expression

Oral Medication

Topical Medication

Medical Baths*+

ALL MEDICATIONS MUST BE SUPPLIED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN AND AVAILABLE IN YOUR HOME FOR ADMINISTRATION. VETERINARIAN INFORMATION MUST BE UP TO DATE AND CONTACT INFO PROVIDED IN CASE OF NEED.

*WE DO NOT DO GROOMING SERVICES, ie: nail trims, regular bathing, ear cleaning/plucking, etc...

+Medical Baths taking longer than 30 mins will be charged $15 per 15min increments to complete medical bathing

VETERINARY & GROOMER TAXI is a pick up from your home and driven to and dropped off at your vet/groomer OR picked up from your vet/groomer and taken back to your home. If we are needed to stay with your pet at the Veterinarian clinic, an additional charge of $15/20mins will be required.

VET APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED (your vet must know you are having us bring your pet in)

**EMERGENCY SITUATIONS will be accommodated accordingly**

  • Pets must be ready for pick up upon our arrival at your home.
  • Cats must be crated when we arrive, dogs must have proper collar/harness and leash.
  • Pet owner is responsible for communicating ALL medical issues directly w/ the vet office
  • OWNER is responsible for all payments at the Vet office (we can not provide payment for you) 

Your veterinarian must be within 5 miles of your home. *Add $5/15min drive time if Vet is more than 5 miles from your home. Calculated via Google Map.

Standard Service Area include Scottsdale (South of Thompson Peak Pkway, North of Camelback), NE Phoenix (56th St to Central, North of Shea, South Of Deer Valley), Paradise Valley

PAYMENT IN FULL DUE SAME DAY OF VISIT. NO EXCEPTIONS. If payment is not received on the day of booked job, you will be charged an extra 25% of the total job.

Payments accepted: Cash, Check, Venmo.

Any check that is NSF or not honored by the bank on which it is drawn will be charged an addition $40 NSF charge, and further petsitting will be

denied until the account is paid in full to include the NSF charge.
