DAILY VISITS, SENIOR DOG, BEST BUDDY VISITS, PUPPY POP-INS & PURRRFECT PLANS:

Routine scheduled weekly clients require cancellation 24hrs PRIOR to the first visit . A one visit fee will be due for all visits cancelled less than 24hrs of first visit.

**Clients who are not on a routine weekly visit schedule, i.e.; only need visits when you leave for a vacation once a year, etc... will require a 7 day cancellation notice or 50% of the total scheduled job will be due at time of cancellation.
 

SLUMBER PAWRTY, CAMPOUTS & CAMP K9 BOARDING:

Require cancellation 14 days prior to the start of the booked job or 50% of the total scheduled job will be due at time of cancellation.
 

ELITE EXCURSIONS:

PAWsome Adventure require a 14 day cancellation or 50% of the total excursion will be due at time of cancellation.

Dogpark Days require 24hr cancellation notice or 50% of the total visit will be due at time of cancellation.

 

PETS TO VETS PET TAXI:

Cancellations must be 72hrs prior to the scheduled Veterinary or Groomer taxi pick up. Cancellations after the 72 hour requirement will incure a 1 way trip fee.

MAJOR HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:

ANY booking that falls the week before, during or after a major holiday will require a 30 DAY cancellation notice.

 

Holiday cancellations less than 30 days from the start of any scheduled job will require 50% payment of the total scheduled job to be paid at the time of cancellation.

 

Holidays bookings are any scheduled bookings between NOV 17TH - JAN 7TH including Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years holidays, the WEEKS of Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Halloween.

 

---> We have to turn away so many requests during the holidays due to pre-bookings, therefore ALL cancellations are required 30 Days prior to the first day/start of a booked reservation or 50% of the total booking will be required *NO EXCEPTIONS* This policy gives us a fair opportunity to fill the cancellation with another clients needs. <---

 

REFUNDS:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A JOB HAS STARTED FOR ANY REASON RELATED TO THE OWNER RETURNING EARLY or CHANGE OF PLANS, NATURAL DISASTER, WEATHER RELATED EVENTS, WAR, ACTS OF TERRORISM, ILLNESS OR DEATH.

 

NO REFUNDS GIVEN IN THE EVENT THAT A PET EXPIRES DUE TO NATURAL CAUSES DURING SCHEDULED VISITS.
